A batch of cupcakes destined for a very worthy recipitent with an egg allergy, not something I've really attempted before, but this 'Little Wood' is always up for any eggsperience!
The receipe didn't really veer off the traditional cupcaking path, just a few extra raising agents and some sticky golden syrup to replace the egg and before I knew it, something smelt eggsellant coming out of the oven !
